Last updated: April 11, 2026
1. Definitions
- Service — the TaroHint website and software that provide access to online Tarot spreads, interpretations using artificial intelligence, voice recording, and related features.
- User — a legally capable natural person using the Service and accepting the terms of this Agreement.
- Administration — the person or entity operating and developing the TaroHint Service.
- Agreement — this document and its future amendments.
- Content — texts, audio recordings, Tarot card images, and other materials created or displayed when using the Service.
- Plan / Subscription — terms of paid access to Service features (when introduced), including duration, volume of paid units, and limitations.
- Paid units — limits on use of paid features (AI requests, session duration, etc.), if such limits are provided by the selected plan.
2. Subject matter
This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration and the User when using the Service. Acceptance includes creating an account, signing in to the Service, or paying for paid features (when available). Use of the Service means acceptance of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
3. Description of the Service
TaroHint is intended for conducting Tarot spreads online, obtaining text interpretations with the help of AI, optional voice recording to phrase questions or interact with the interface. Core features require an Internet connection.
Results are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies; the Service does not replace professional advice (including psychological, legal, or medical). The User independently assesses the information received.
The Administration may update Service functionality. Paid access already granted is not reduced without agreement with the User unless otherwise required by law or the plan.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The User undertakes to
- use the Service in accordance with the laws of the country of residence and, where applicable, the Russian Federation;
- refrain from actions aimed at disrupting the Service or obtaining unauthorized access;
- provide accurate data when registering;
- not abuse free limits (including not creating multiple accounts solely to circumvent restrictions).
4.2. The User is entitled to
- use Service features within this Agreement;
- where paid plans exist — use them after payment;
- discontinue use of the Service at any time.
4.3. Administration
Seeks to ensure Service availability and takes reasonable measures to protect data. May restrict or suspend access for breach of this Agreement or for technical reasons.
5. Third-party services and AI
For speech recognition, text generation, and other features, the Service may call APIs of third-party providers (AI models, cloud platforms). Transmitted data (including fragments of speech and text) are also processed according to those providers’ policies.
6. Registration
Some features may require an account. Registration usually includes an email address; passwords are stored in encrypted / hashed form. Details of data processing are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Paid features and subscription
Certain features may be provided on a paid basis. Current prices and terms are published in the Service interface. Paid access is activated from confirmation of payment unless the plan states otherwise.
A subscription (if offered) grants use of paid features for the paid period within the allocated paid units. Unused units at the end of the subscription period are generally not carried over unless the plan expressly states otherwise.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment services. The Administration does not store full bank card data on its servers when such data are processed by the payment provider.
8. Limitation of liability
The Administration is not liable for:
- outages caused by third parties (providers, AI APIs, hosting);
- content and accuracy of AI-generated responses;
- decisions the User makes based on Service materials;
- indirect damages and lost profits related to use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Termination and blocking
The User may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion follows the procedure stated in the Privacy Policy or in the Service interface.
The Administration may restrict access for breach of this Agreement. Payments for digital services already provided or started may be non-refundable in cases permitted by law and this Agreement.
10. Changes to terms
The Administration may amend this Agreement. The current version is published on the website. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
11. Digital services and refunds
Services consisting of access to Service functionality are deemed rendered from the moment access is granted and/or paid units begin to be used. Refunds are possible as provided by law and payment system rules, and if access was not actually provided due to the Administration’s fault.
After the subscription period ends, unused units are generally forfeited; carry-over and compensation are not guaranteed unless the plan states otherwise.
12. Contact
For questions about this Agreement, contact the Service Administration through the channels indicated on the website or in the application interface (if any).
By using TaroHint, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of this Agreement.
